Today I got together with my friends, Courtney and Stephani (and kids of course). I was actually good friends with their husbands growing up in high school and college years-we hung out and had fun. I am so glad they chose to marry these two beautiful and amazing women! Lucky for me to be their friend. One summer as newly weds Mark and I went camping with Courtney and Chris (and a few other couples) the guys failed miserably to make a fire and while they were out hiking, Courtney and I built a fabulous one...we rock! I also ran my very first race ever with Courtney and Chris (a 5k fun run at OSU) then Courtney and I trained our 20 miles for the marathon together (she completed the marathon, I didn't due to my pregnancy with Grant). Later as families we went to Stephani and Zak's family cabin (along with Shannon, Stephani's sister and another good friend). Good times!!
We get together while I'm in town and today I visited both their beautiful homes. Oh, how it made me anxious to get into our house! Thanks for the fun morning and yummy food!!!
