I had forgotten how exciting is is to capture a moment in time; an expression, a funky looking plant, an ordinary day, a solid building, special interactions of people and pure emotion. I love art and that's what photography is. I feel as if I've learned so much this past year about myself and the art of photography, skill wise and technically. I am an amateur for sure and have so much to look forward to; learning, exploring, sharing and loving even more this year!
Thank you to those of you, who have shared, commented, encouraged, inspired and enjoyed my expressions this year.
The challenge: Pick your top 10 photos from the past year; give them a title of 5 words or less. If there wasn't a limit you would be getting an eyeful right now....but there is. These are 10 that as I filtered through caught my eye or tugged at my heart just a bit. Some taken with my old camera, some with my new; some edited a bit and some not and in no particular order...

I am not going to even attempt this task as all of my pics are on CD's and not the hard drive.
It's so interesting to see what YOU pick out as your favorite pictures. I have my own favorites of what you have taken, several of which you have used as your headers. The clouds below are amazing.
