...to be jolly! And stress free? I don't think so! I think since last week life has just been flying by-we have been so busy! That's usually a good thing, but when late Wednesday night we were called and asked to give talks on Sunday, and I've been fretting about getting a babysitter for this Friday (for Mark's work party) with no luck...and it's now Thursday night, it's hard to not worry a little! I've dragged Grant to every possible department store in the area to look for a new dress for the party (thank goodness for those little jackets, nothing is modest these days!). I had an appointment to go to today and also committed myself to teaching the 6 year olds on Sunday--on top of giving a talk. I said yes, because I was calling in hopes that her daughter would baby sit for me; still haven't heard back from her daughter (called 4 times now). Tonight I'm going over to my friend's house who is a better person than I; she read in the newspaper of a local middle school in Huntsville that is need of things....so she wanted to 'give' this season and is putting together cute little purses with hygiene supplies in them. Scouts was last night (constellations; something I once again know nothing about). The ward party is Saturday and I signed up to bring two dozen cornbread muffins, but this apartment is not furnished with muffin tins. I refuse to buy one more item that they don't have here (already bought cookie sheets and a rolling pin). *sigh*
The good news for the day is Grant was good at Joy School, I found a Christmas CD to play in the car, found a dress (with jewelry and shoes to complete the outfit), my talk is just about complete.....I'm off to my friends house and will give this hopeful baby sitter one last call! Please cross your fingers that she's home!

This one's for you Angela (LOL!)...

Kim, if you can't borrow muffin tins, why don't you make biscuits instead? They go with everything and are delicious -- don't require any special dishes either. I think you two look cute in your "timed" picture. I'll have to play around more with mine.

I'll fly out and watch GW :) Hope you found a babysitter! Is there a babysitting service you can call?!
