Far West, Missouri

By far my favorite part of this trip has been seeing the church history sites. Missouri is beautiful with its fall colors and rolling land, it reminds us of the simple life. Our drive to Far West was calm and refreshing. When we got to the site it was even more tranquil; we were the only ones there and walking on the land marked with the corner stones for the temple was spiritual in its own way. Again I was reminded of all the saints who paved the way for me and many of you and see why they found this place so wonderful. We could have spent all afternoon there, but then two large tour buses pulled up.

One of the corner stones to the temple that was to be built.

Grant found some acrons and was having fun playing with them. He didn't know why they had to have those little "hats" on them.
