Walking In Memphis

We're back! Had a wonderful time with Meta and her family (many picture of her cute kids to come...) Our flight home was via Memphis, TN and as we were waiting around to board Gracie was practicing standing up as she has been doing a lot lately and then....she took some steps! Not just her normal one or two and fall down like she's been doing this past week...we're talking like five! When we got home she continued to show off and we counted as she walked ten steps from her bedroom to the kitchen!

YAY, Miss Grace! It must have been spending time with those littler ones(but bigger than Grace!) and following them! Your house is no longer safe!

What a great place to start walking! She is so cute! I love the little outfit and her big smile! I am sure she made many happy on your flight with that killer smile!

You captured the moment! It brings back memories of just months ago when my one-year-old took his first steps. My photo attempts to document it were not nearly as beautiful as your airport record. Mary Sue and I looked through your blog today after bookclub. It's a lovely place to visit.

Yay! How Fun, and she looks adorable, as usual!!!
I have a question though... wasn't it just the two of you? if you had the camera... who was she looking at and walking towards??? just curious.

Now that is a way to kill time in an airport!

Well, you are never going to forget where/when Grace began walking now! (Not like you would have anyway, though!) What a cute little walker, and I'm glad you had a fun trip!

Crazy--she shouldn't be walking yet. So perfect that you were able to capture these first of MANY steps.
