Picking Pumpkins

We've been enjoying Oregon, family and friends. On Monday eight friends with kids in tow came for lunch at my mom's and can you believe I didn't get a single picture! My friend Leslie even drove down from Washington! It was nice to catch up, see how the kids are growing (I think there were 16 of them there!) The weather has been almost perfect Fall despite the drizzle, which has allowed us to get out and do some things and Grant can play outside or in the garden at his leisure. If I could sum up being here in one word, it would be refreshing; the crispness, the smell of my parent's property, the fresh flowers you can buy at the homemade stand down the road, the leaves changing colors, the art of Corvallis, the excitement Grant has being here! And I get to go eat American Dream pizza tonight with a friend!!!

Leave it to Mom to look cute--even when picking pumpkins!

I enjoying looking at the pictures. I'm an Oregon girl myself and miss the green and even the drizzle! Thanks for the memories.

I'm still full from my half of the pizza. Loved seeing you (of course) and always wish there was more time. Travel safely home, and Oregon will be waiting for you when you return.

Love,
Amy

I am loving all of these pictures, especially the ones of your dad and grant outside working. Grant looks like he's in heaven!
