Always exploring outside.
Grant is really enjoying school. He says his favorite things are: centers, recess, PE and 5th grade reading buddies. He added riding the bus home to the list this week. He writes and draws in a journal each day and yesterday he came home and told me he had journaled about Grace, because he loves her so much. He likes his teacher and talks about different friends and the things they play and talk about. He says the part of the day that is boring is nap time!

Those little green wonders my daughter familiarly calls "pokey balls" => gotta love em. I found a beautiful bronze repilca that opens at the stem to reveal a little velvet lined space for petite treasures like rings or baby teeth... Anyways, random comment, sigh--

Wonderful Kindergarten days. I miss the simplicity of it all. 3rd Grade has been an experience. Look at the eyes on both of those gems!!
Your kids have the most amazing eyes. I love the way your pictures of them always bring out their beauty. I am in such awe of your talent!
