My baby boy is old enough to be losing his first tooth!?
Summer is coming all too fast this year. Grant will be starting kindergarten in August and I thought I was ready. I realized the other day my little best friend won't be here; his noises, messes and squeezes. Can I stop time for a while?
Yesterday morning I wondered where he had wondered off to. I found him in the backyard:
I asked what he was doing and he said, "Just enjoying a little picnic". (lunch box includes: granola bar, bp&j sand which, and a hand full of large marshmallows...put together on his own)

OH MY! He's not supposed to be old enough for school or to loose a tooth, did the tooth fairy come?
I had an Belva Smith (elderly lady from the ward) tell me, "You can't stop them (children) from growing. As soon as they start to walk, they talk, then kindergarten, high school, mission and marriage....time flies. You better start perparing for his (Tanner) wife." I sat there for a second and then said, "I am not even thinking about marriage yet! He's not even crawling!" (This was a few months ago).
I can't let Hallie read this. She desperately wants to lose a tooth!
I lost a tooth before kindergarten too. I Love the lounge outfit he has on. At first I wondered where his pants were.
Oh, Jolie would be jealous about the tooth. She thinks she is the only one in her Kindergarten class who has not lost one. I think she does finally have one loosening up, though! It looks like Grant enjoyed his picnic!
How very independent and creative of him! You'll both love next year!
I agree with Sara- the couple of hours he will be gone in the day will go by fast. It's first grade that was the hardest transition for both of my kids- and me!
