The first one of the pics with the trees looks like Avery Park because of the rolling hill, the cars in the background and how short the grass is cut. Am I right or is it really on your parents land?
Your grandpa has sure aged well. He hardly looks a day older. That is so neat that the grandkids will have a chance to get to know him a bit and make some memories with him.
