Cloudy is Grant's Build A Bear he made with his Nana. He chose his name, because he looks like a gray sky. He is a Dimple Bear-he has dimples. He has several outfits which include: Rocket City t-shirt, Beavers t-shirt, baseball outfit, fishing outfit and the latest addition a fighter pilot suit (Grant has one so they match at times). Cloudy is not the take everywhere kind of teddy, Grant sleeps with him and he sits on his bed during the days. Just the other day Grant asked me if I slept with anything when I was little. "Yes, a pink blanket. What do you sleep with?" In a tone that screamed, duh Mom he said,..."A bear!"
Although Mark thinks this bear is borderline doll...I think it's wonderful! What do you have to cuddle with?

I think I rotated between my pink and yellow blankets made by Aunt Maxine and the 'bambi' one made by
Grandma but I'm not sure if I had a stuffed animal I slept with or not...my memory must be slipping in my old age :(
I never slept with anything little. I've always been attached to my pillows. I have hard time given them up. From age 9-until I was married under my covers was a silk Coleman sleeping bag. I slept in that it was sooo soft. And made for easy bed making.
There is nothing wrong with boys and "dolls" trust me if Grant had an older sister dolls would just be part of life. It's good for them to roll play. I too had a blanket and so far all my kids are very much "blankie" kids. Can't believe how much Grace is growing.
