Looks like such a fun day -- I'm feeling really housebound at the moment.
If you pull up the inside rail and pull the shoulder out a bit you should feel totally hands free. It looks great!
BTW, I love Grace's 2 month pics. She is a beauty.

I love the picture of Grant on the merry-go-round. Cool! And that's the CUTEST baby sling I've ever seen. AND I have the same shirt the person carrying the sling in wearing.
