Grant: It's SPLENDID!
Grant is an excellent big brother and dotes on Grace. He is always in her face giving kisses...literally. So, a phrase heard often is, give her some space! As with any change he is adjusting to the pros and cons and for the most part doing very well. There have been a few moments of feeling left out, but he is full of love and filling his new roll nicely!

Where does this kid come up with his phrases? Love that first shot with Grace in the background.
I'm wondering when I will not have to use that phrase so frequently in our home. Love that things are going well.
I love that you are keeping up with the posting. I love to look at your sweet pics of your beautiful little spirits. Congrats on the sleeping babe, by the way. Zach did that at an early age as well. How comforting that is.
I was looking through some pics the other day and found some of Shawna and realized how much Ranoah and Shawn look so much alike. It made me think, just now, of your pics below of Gracie and Grant and if you have any baby pics of you and Mark that would be so neat to compare! Honestly, I think Grant has your eyes and Gracie has Mark's, but that is my opinion! In any case, they are positively beautiful children!!
A 5 year old that uses the word splendid? Amazing. It sounds like he's doing amazing with what a huge adjustment this must be for him.
