OK, that took all the guts I had to post pictures of myself! Please don't laugh. This part of the post is for friends and family members who have been asking for pictures of me and the baby's room.
I had a doctors appointment today and thought it would be my last injection of hydroxyprogesterone caproate since week 14, but he decided I will get it next week too...then it will be the last! If baby comes now the doctor said it would be okay! We are very excited and it's pretty much all I think about. I get emotional thinking that she will arrive soon, what a long journey it's been and I am overwhelmed with love for her already as well as so many of you who have genuinely shared in our excitement.
The nursery is just about done...a few more odds and ends, here are some pictures:

Very cute. You look great, and I love your hair. The babies room looks adorable of course. I am super excited for you, I am sure you just can't think of anything else who can and after all you have been through I'm sure you almost can't stand waiting. Congrats!!

The only thing that makes be sad by looking at these pictures is the fact that I don't know when I am going to get my turn holding your precious, long awaited baby. The room is just as beautiful as I imagined it would be. The glider chair looks SUPER comfy. And I LOVE that you posted some pictures of yourself!! Everything looks perfect from the new du to the the shadow box frames!
Who in real life actually has a nursery that is that cute!? I thought rooms like that only came in Pottery Barn windows. Very cute!
What a baby sanctuary that room is! Just looking at the pictures soothed me and made me want to come in and take a nap on that wonderful cushy chair. This is one lucky baby girl!

I echo the other comments. The room looks peaceful and special, just right for you and your little girl. I love the picture of Mimi and of your grandma? Are your Mom and you included in the frame with four slots? My Mom told me the wedding date today so I'm excited to see you and baby and Grant and Mark in June.

I have heard a little of the journey you have been through, and it is very similar to that of my sister's when she was finally able to have her boy. I wish our two families had gotten together more often in the past couple years. I know Shawn and Mark enjoy talking at church. Each Sunday when I have seen you I have noticed how happier you seem as each week has passed, as you have approached this time of completion. You and your family have been positively glowing this past month! I am so excited for you all. I won't be able to come to your Shower, but if you would like a nursing necklace I have lots of stones to choose from and would LOVE to make one for you!!
Can I stay in the nursery next time I visit. It's beautiful. We're all thrilled for you Kim. You've definately got a glow.

I wanna back up here, and let you know how FABULOUS you look. Thanks for posting the pic. Believe me, I know, it's hard, but really you look wonderful. And your nursery, is to die for. How presious and fun! I love having a room for my kids that tickles ME. It helps ME calm down from time to time. Looks like all is it missing is a little bundle of joy, and I can't WAIT to see those pictures!
