I just love this, my boy and my dad....

Growing up a holiday tradition for my family was to make "candy trains". Jessi helped Grant make his first one and he LOVED it! Now he keeps asking to eat it...

Mom and Grant on a sleigh at Santa's village...

Grant telling Santa he wants a "train set" and when asked what else...Grant said nothing. Santa then proceeded to tell Grant he probably could figure some things to go with the train set.....thanks Santa!

My sister took this picture of my mom and me at the Old Opry...

It's been a great week, my mom has been helping accomplish some great home decor tasks along with Dad and Mark and the miter saw. Grant has been thoroughly entertained by his aunts and loving all the company! The holiday season is in full swing at our house; tree up, Christmas music playing and stories being read!

The picture of Grant and your dad is classic! Grant's mischievous face and your dad's pant leg up...love it.
I can't imagine what additional decorating projects you are doing. Your house is perfect!

I was JUST thinking last night about making a candy train and then figured if I made one I'd eat the whole thing myself...so I opted against it :0) I love the pictures of GW and the rest of the fam...especially the one with Jess at the top--looks very fashion magazine!
So glad you had a fabulous time with your family!! You look absolutely beautiful in that B&W shot! And I am so jealous I could scream that you have all your Christmas stuff out and loving it. I may have to come hang out at your house to get the feel of the season since I can't do mine yet...
What's up with Santa? You had it pretty easy with Grant's wish list! Heehee. I'm so glad you've had such fun with your family here!
Just been perusing all the blogs (finally) and had to leave a comment. I love your pics. I can't say that enough. Thanks for the card. It was a wonderful thing to see in the mail. I think it is great you were able to have so much family around. Thanks for sharing!
Can you share directions for how to make a candy train? Please?
Can't wait to see what the miter saw has created!
