Three trips to Home Depot today and Mark and George are just about finished with the foundation/frame of the deck. Good progress is being made. Grant loves to be out there helping. We were eating lunch and he got up abruptly and said, "Well, I have work to do, bye!" and left to go outside.
I forgot what it was like to shop without a four year old and Gail and I have been at it! She has been entertaining Grant beautifully and carved a pumpkin with him last night. Today we went to the Art Museum in downtown Huntsville. It was smaller than I'm used to, but nice none the less.
This afternoon we took Grant...aka: "fighter pilot" to downtown Madison to go trick-or-treating. He also bobbed for apples, went fishing and got some treats!

Lastly....Mark and I are off on a date tonight!!!

Ooooooh! Now that's a fun visit when you get to go out alone. Have fun, and I hope Mark isn't too tired (seems like every time Mike and I go out he spends the whole evening yawning, saying how tired he is).

Ohhh, have fun on your date. Love the apple shot :)
I love how you caught the ripples in the water. Looks like the deck is coming along nicely... It better be done by the time I get there because Jess and I can't have GW working on the deck when we want to be playing with him! -d
I love fall and Halloween. Glad to see you guys are enjoying all of it.
