A Walk Up Memory Lane

This morning Mark, Grant and I went for a hike up Vineyard Mt. We wanted to hike up and take Grant to where we got engaged. Here's the bench the rose was sitting on and where Mark said those beloved words, "Will you marry me?"... After 10 years the trail and bench didn't look so good or quite as we remembered, the trees are taller the bench quite worn and used. As we were hiking up through the woods Grant said, "This is beautiful! The fresh air!" I would have to agree. Have I mentioned how much I love Oregon in all it's green glory!

ooooh Oregon. Totally miss it and its beauty. I love that pic of the bench. You should frame that one. It has such a great story behind it. Are you initials really on there?

Thank you for the walk. I haven't been back in a long time, almost 14 years. Beautiful pictures! I love all the green. Living in the desert for almost 4 years has made me appreciate the rain and the color green much more.
As far as my scrapbooking talent goes, there isn't much there. I sold Creative Memories for almost 3 years and got all of my pictures in albums, not very fancy ones, but they are in there. I am not very creative with all the buttons, grommets, bows and things like that. Mostly paper and stickers. I will post some of my favorites though just because you asked me to.

Love these shots! My favorite is the shot of Grant with the darkened edges (I am sure it has some fancy name.)
