Pretty In Pink

Two pink packages arrived today which reminded me, I have forgotten to adequately give credit to the gift giving power of my husband. Mark has always been generous and thoughtful in his gifts to me. Case in point, this year he not only bought me this beautifully awesome camera and lenses which I am madly in love with: (I've already written about the specs, so I'll spare you the details.) but Photoshop to go along so I can better edit my photos and expand my knowledge of computers, graphics and the like, still have years of learning to do!

Now to the "pink"...

So, I was surprised to see some gifts under the tree for me. He had gone to the mall with Grant and picked out new running shoes (the shoes were the wrong size, thus the correct size was ordered and brought to our door step today) and running clothes for me...all pink (clothes are pink and brown, topped off with matching socks). Mark has good taste in clothes and one Christmas (when we were still "newlyweds") he practically bought me a new wardrobe. Thank you Mark, you are sweet, thoughtful and always support me in my endeavors, hobbies and goals....

I have usually been a "green" girl, but these pink shoes are quite fun...they are very comfy and are Nike+ so I can track my mileage when I run with my ipod.

The other package, a new phone (this was not a gift, just time to upgrade our phones), this pretty little pink razor. I'm excited to be accessorized in pink, maybe I need a pink purse to match!

OK...You do deserve a comment on your blog! I love all your pictures...you are getting really good. It's no wonder with a fancy camera like that. My husband, opposite your husband, rarely buys me anything that I don't pick out first. He's so afraid he'll get it wrong. Usually he does, so it's probably not a bad thing!

I've got to get back to the running...what will I do without you on cold and rainy Saturday mornings? I go with Lisa but she gets up with the birds and is ready to go so early!! I've tried to become a morning person but I'm not quite there!
