OK, so lots of pictures...I couldn't help it! It was a beautiful afternoon and I wanted to practice some more with my lenses. Grant had fun walking around to various parts of the lake. I didn't expect so many shadows...something to work on.
I went to a Discovery Toys party this evening and met someone who's new in the area as well and we got talking and it turns out she lived in Corvallis for a few years growing up and my dad was her dentist! Small world!

Kim, I'm just constantly amazed at all of the new people you are meeting in your new place. What an adventure! The photos look great. I will try again tomorrow to get pictures of the kids but John will not stand still and as soon as he sees the camera he runs away.
