You know that feeling-- that you can tell you're about to get sick? I have that feeling today, so we're just hanging out having a lazy afternoon. Grant enjoyed Joy School today and didn't want to leave. He's now playing with and thoroughly enjoying play dough.
I am thankful for modern day conveniences and have come to appreciate them even more, living in an apartment for the time being. We had over a day of no running water and yesterday on my second load of laundry the drier heater went out. I have wet clothes strung up everywhere!

I have never heard of such a horrible apartment. Your experience seriously reminds me of living in Russia -- hanging laundry out to dry is totally third-world, but also very energy-conscious of you.
