Figured it Out!

I figured out how to change the banner to my blog! (Thank you Jaime) Mostly I was excited to figure out how to change the size, thanks to Mark and our photo software (We do not have Photo Shop-I've been hinting strongly that I need it, but it's rather expensive and actually our software does quite a bit). I cannot figure out how to leave a space between the top nav. bar, I think I deleted some code or something that should still be there....any help or suggetions?
